Hello there, I'm pretty new here and this is my very first post 
I want to add some confirmed ticklish female YouTubers, mostly ASMRtists. In my opinion all of them are kind and well looking, so it would be a waste if they don't appear in this forum. They are ranked by there number of subscribers, by clicking on the names you will be directed to the channels.
GIBI ASMR
The least satisfying confirmation but at least something. She held a reddit ama (Q: Are you ticklish? A: yes).

BRIZZY VOICES
Here we have two confirmations + one potential:
1. In this video she revealed in a really cute way her favorite German phrase:´Ich bin kitzlig´, that means ´I'm ticklish´.

LITTLE CLOVER WHISPERS
She wrote a comment on a video of another YouTuber (it's´ASMR -t´, see below) but now it is removed or private
The video contained foot scratching... her comment was something like: `Oh I could never stand this, my feet are way too ticklish`
ASMR SHORTBREAD
I really love her content, she quite often `tickles` the viewer in a soft way and asks if he's ticklish. The linked video is by far the best (she additonaly asks if the viewer has a `tickly neck´, she has `such long nails` extra for tickling and confirms that she was very ticklish in childhood). In the comments she answers one (or two) questions about tickling. She also told on reddit that she is ticklish (Q: Are you ticklish? A: soo much)

This channel offers a bunch of tickling roleplays. If you look through the comments of the videos, she reveals many ticklish places (feet, stomach, armpits, thighs)
ELO ASMR
In a foot spa roleplay she askes the viewer if he has ticklish feet. After that she states that she has extremely ticklish feet (too).

ASMR -T
The content was really nice but all the foot scratching/ massaging videos are gone She has a foot model that is clearly not ticklish (the foot scratching is a real tickle torture). She herself said in the comments that she could never handle it due to her very ticklish feet. There is still a hand scratching on the channel (again she said in the comments that her palms are sensitive/ ticklish).
ASMR RELAX C.C
She often shows her feet and massages them (even with unusual objects or colors them with a pen). In a few videos she confirms that some objects tickle her feet and toes (and indicates the exact parts of the foot), same in the comments. One nice example:
