Favorite Scenarios --
Someone has lost a bet and must submit to tickling.
Tickling is used as an initiation.
There's something appealing about someone being tickled and not being allowed to laugh or move, like the old Tickle Challenge site featured.
I also enjoy stories about tickling machines. This scenario creates tension in the fact that the machine isn't phased by begging and doesn't get tired.

Someone abducted and imprisoned for the rest of her/his life as a tickle slave.
Genital tickling.
Stripped naked for tickling.
