How could it?
Speaking from my own experience as a producer, I haven't put out a new clip in five years. Why? Pretty much for the reasons already stated in this thread.
Yet, recently I've been surprised that many of my clips over at Laughter is Beautiful studios do still sell. A possible reason could be that there is a new generation of tickle fans that weren't around when LiB started 15 years ago. So, I've been inspired to go back to those early LiB videos and give them a new edit. While those early models were great, my video production wasn't. Granted, a lot has changed since those non HD years.
So, I'm doing a director's cut of sorts. I deleted out all of my dialogue (I talked way to much), cropped the video for a better shot, enhanced some of the scenes that were to dark, and just give the clip an overall better pace. Labeled "LiB Classics" the videos seem to have found an audience, either to a new generation of fans or from supporters long ago who still remember the clips and want to rewatch them.
Also, I just started using the Patreon platform to post these new edits. It allows me to connect with fans and give them a platform that won't hit them with porn ads, viruses, etc. and they can request the videos they want.
Granted the real challenge in our modern world would be finding another model like Layla, Wesley, and Chassy. The other challenge would be making a profit from the shoot. Instead, in 2021 the only investment I make is time by enhancing the old content. For me, these days it's too difficult and expensive to create any more new videos.
I suppose my takeaway from this thread is the old way of creating tickling content is dying but the industry itself continues.

I've bought a few of your older clips recently myself. I fall into the category of "was around when you were still actively producing, but never actually bought them". I've also kind of enjoyed the rougher production from the older days. Gives the clips a vintage quality (which I guess they are at about 15 years old at this point). I picked up one of Kylie's old clips and plan to snag some of Ashton and Chassy's stuff. I also picked up Kat's clips, but those look to be a little newer.

Tasha recently did a Q&A on her OnlyFans, and she expressed the same thoughts most people have with tickling studios nowadays, at least with Tickle Abuse. The early clips are very vintage for sure. Even with the new improved edits I've recently done, those first videos definitely represent a different era.
You were right in stating that the series with Kat looked newer. After a decade, Kat was one of my last shoots. So, there is a noticeable improvement in the production quality from that video compared to the early days when internet speeds were slower and most of us were using flip phones.

I think you're right. The world is changing, people's tastes are changing, and viewers are becoming finicky and wanting something new. Yes, some people like the old videos, and there will be fans for the videos you edited, but it's unlikely to attract a new audience. And I think people can't watch the same movies all the time, especially porn, they need something new. And that's why the porn industry is adapting to consumer tastes and demands, making more new porn movies glavmatures.com. Porn is also a business, and it has to follow trends and demands if it wants to make money.

I think the future of porn will look more like Youtube.
Youtube is free to use, so it garners a large audience. Profits are made via sponsors rather than consumers.
People are not likely to pay for content they could get for free. Studios that acclimate to this will thrive while others will end up going the way of porn magazines.

Before a start this post I would like to be clear about something. I'm not looking to get into a battle of words with anyone my feelings about the state of the tickling business is what I'm going to express here in this thread everyone has a right to their opinion and you can agree with me or disagree and you can post your opinion here on this thread but I am not looking to get into a battle of words were things can get ugly.
I was spending anywhere from $30 to $50 a month on clip stores or websites about 18 months to 2 years ago now I'm barely spending $30 to $50 a year. This is alarming as a consumer that tells me something's wrong with the product it just seems like most clip stores about 90% of them just strap a girl to a bed or in the stocks and tickles her there's no reason there's no plot there's no storyline there's no fantasy involved everything that used to be what sold in the past it just seems like everyone is just doing the same clip just using a different model same stocks will just put a new model in it and then if you end of the day you spend your money and then you say to yourself what did I spend my money on I got this clip the last time just a different model.
Some problems I have ran into:
Recently I had one clip store email me and expressed how they miss my business, I haven't bought any clips in quite some time, my reply was your not doing anything I like anymore they returned an email asking me what I like their follow up email after I sent them an email letting them know what I like and what I used to buy from their clip store basically was yes we're not doing clips like that anymore hopefully we will get your business in the future well my immediate thought is you're not gonna do what I like I'm pretty sure you're not gonna get my business in the future.
Another clip store sent out a mass email about a year ago or so to all its customers seemingly (there was a good handful of emails) expressing their thoughts on getting feedback from all of their customers on ideas and things that they can do in the future to keep their clip store fresh and keeping the customer's interest in the product after about a couple of months or so that same clip store email all those mass emails and expressed how overwhelming the feed back was and are not sure if we're going to be able to honor all of your request and ideas, here again you have to take a step back and say to yourself well you reached out to us.
For me I may be part of the minority of the members here TMF I want a plot , a storyline you know give me the MILF college professor who's being tickled by the sorority girls or even better yet the sorority hazing tickling the the roommate who's upset with her other roommate for flirting with her boyfriend whatever the ideas and the plots could be endless again I may be a part of the minority I don't know.

The aforementioned "pay twice for one scene" thing aside, I've since discovered another reason. Other models, in well over half of cases, can't tickle. Not the way the people who might pay will. You'd think it'd be second nature, but I've been shocked to realize how many people legitimately cannot tickle someone worth a damn. Or put in too much effort to make it a teasy "porn" scenario despite instruction/encouragement to not do so.
I don't think anyone can argue nobody exactly wants to watch a fat slob go to town, but an angle I would have never thought of until I attempted to incorporate it into my own content, but a shocking number of non-fets are simply unable to perform as necessarily. So you're left with the unenviable scenario of having two attractive women very obviously put on an act, which ticklefuckers infamously hate, or work around the producer himself doing it.
LOL! Yes I do keep this in my notes because every now and again it does seem like somebody shares the same feelings I do about the tickling and foot fetish industry. As you've already stated, it's your own opinion - and you're entitled to it. But if you feel that you need to keep posting it over and over because producers aren't listening to what you're saying...perhaps you just need to accept that they (and other customers) have different opinions.
Perhaps you are right the Producers aren't listening but that only intensifies my opinion of they don't care about their customers, which again goes back to the option that I may have to move on and realize that the clip store/website industry is changing And it may not be for me anymore.

At the end of the day this has to be a business. Producers make content that people buy. If they sell enough story line clip they make more of them. If they don't then they wont. The other thing to consider is that story line clips usually require more money for costumes and, if done properly, specific sets to film on. Also models aren't always very good actresses so they may have to allow time for dialogue retakes. Given that tickling is already fairly niche they would need to see a high volume of legal purchases in order to make producing such clips an economically sustainable venture. One of the reasons why producers are mostly just sticking women or boards and tickling them themselves is because it's cheaper and therefore requires less purchases in order for them to turn a profit.
Respectfully, I think you're looking at this the wrong way around. Unless I'm misunderstanding your argument (feel free to tell me if I am) you think that the reason that the tickle content industry is dying is because producers aren't catering to viewer demands. I believe that the main reason is that piracy is pulling down the industry and causing producers to stop making their most expensive, complex and time consuming clips because they can't afford to invest in something that they know a lot of people who want it aren't going to be pay for it. If a content creator spends a few hundred dollars making a clip, if it's well made they should hopefully be able to turn a profit on it from legal sales, even if a lot of people pirate it. However, if they invest thousands into a good quality story line video with costumes and appropriate locations, it's hard to earn back what they invested if the same proportion of people steal it. In those cases they have to massively increase the price of the clip to get others to buy it and a highly priced clips are a turn off for some people.
None of this is to say that you're wrong for being disappointed that they don't make more story line clips. They're my favourite too and I miss them terribly. FTKL does them a lot as does Russian Fetish and French Tickling has started a new store: Objectifplume.fr that is exclusively story line tickling, although he only releases clips there once a month and even then last months has been pushed back to this month, I suspect due to poor sales on his first two videos. His videos are very expensive in part because he has to make back his money. Actually I noticed that in his initial promotional image for the site he was laughed at in the comment section for making story line content.
