Hard to justify that now it has been taken down.
Also when somebody posts their first story maybe everybody shouldn't nitpick and criticise....
I think it was a joke
I feel "constructive criticism" is good if done with respect and care. It would make the person a better writer. But everyone should keep it in mind that we are not professional writers for the most part. We go with a story that interests us, do our best to put the thoughts to paper and share it with the members in hopes that everyone will enjoy it. Don't believe there is a "right" or "wrong" way unless of course it goes outside the site's rules for posting. Good luck to all who give it a shot and thanks for sharing!!
Purely based on times it doesn't look like OP was given any criticism. Two replies and it was taken down. Shame if it was a good story but oh well.
