Well, we knew it was too good to be true.

Since October 1st, indoor dining had opened, where we were actually able to go inside a restaurant and sit down. Waitresses, customers at bars, etc.

As of.. today I guess.

Indoor dining is again prohibited.

Supposedly due to a spike in Queens.

The next town from me seems to be the problem, with my town listed an "An Orange Zone" with supposedly no spike in cases recently.

Thus, NY Governor Andrew Cuomo has closed all indoor dining for at least two weeks, and likely more.

One is still able to sit at a table and eat outside, but with the cold weather rapidly coming in NYC. That will not be lasting for long.

My feeling, with a supposed expected surge in Covid in the cold weather months.

It would not surprise me to see indoor restaurants closed for quite sometime.

Sorry to hear that Mitch. Here in Wisconsin, our governor ordered all bars and restaurants to limit capacity to 25 percent. However Milwaukee, our largest city, is not going to enforce the governor's order. They have their own plan in place to keep people safe, while also allowing businesses to stay afloat. Most bars and restaurants could not stay in business at 25% capacity.

...the Milwaukee Health Department announced on Wednesday night it will continue to enforce its own “Moving Milwaukee Forward Safety Order” instead of the state's. That decision is now drawing criticism from Evers.

Omar Shaikh, co-owner of Carnevor, said he was glad to hear the news from the city after such a tough year for the restaurant industry.

"I just don't see many making it through. Times are tough enough as is. Many of us are just hanging on by a thread at 50 percent," Shaikh said.

Sorry about that Sensual.

Indoor dining is still closed here.

I believe NY Gov Andrew Cuomo has closed it for 2 weeks, at least.

Outdoor dining is still open.

However, the last two days we had very heavy rain in NYC, so no outdoor dining.

Tomorrow and Thursday are supposed to be beautiful.

Then Friday, more heavy rain is forecast again.

When Andrew Cuomo said "Two weeks" when he closed indoor dining last week.

My gut says, it will be far longer than that
