Feet are likely the most popular, as they can be exposed easily. I'm more upper body, with other obvious interests there. To each their own.
 
Definitely armpits. It's a little disappointment that in every tickling community feet are more popular. It's great and for everybody its own, I like feet too, but still, armpits are just amazingly more interesting for me.
