I feel uncomfortable seeing videos with people buried in sand being foot tickle tortured while people walk by or watch without knowing they are being filmed for tickling porn videos.
Thoughts?
I like seeing them tickled and buried, but I’m against it being in a public place.
 
I think it adds an element of excitement knowing that anybody can stumble on this. Tickling feet in public is innocent, it is not like they are exposing private parts. Nobody is going to jail for touching someone's feet especially if it is consensual.
 
The fact that it's porn doesn't enter into it either way. People's likenesses should not be used without their consent. Beyond that, there's nothing wrong with recording a tickling that happens in public, and there's nothing wrong with masturbating to that recording.

I get the sentiment. That AngleFoot / EthnicFoot etc. guy makes me really uncomfortable shooting real women under false pretenses, even though the end result is often great. I can’t look at it anymore. How he’s still doing it after being on the news I don’t know, and now other people are copying him. I can’t figure out how The Black Nerd has gotten way with his fetishy crap, even with overt consent. That’s perv stuff, not nerd stuff.

But the beach material - again, I understand the sentiment - yet it’s not really an issue for anyone except for those who show up in the video and have an inclination to sue. Shooting in public is legal. Shooting in public & selling that is semi-legal (there are various factors that have to be considered.) Is a passer-by recognizable (like how NY pedestrians in The Office had to be blurred, which I still think is kind of lame even though legally sound), or is someone just a vaguely out-of-focus or in-the-distance generic human?

Since potentially anything shot in public could be used for sex purposes in private, for sale or not, a blanket legal banning of such material isn’t going to happen. Probably best to avoid it if you don’t like it. I feel slightly weird about it, but not enough to look away. It mkes it seem more real, so even more ‘dirty’ ;-)

It's a little more complicated than that. The regulations surrounding 18USC2257, which covers the filming of sexually explicit material (and disclaimer, I am not a lawyer nor do I play one on TV), is pretty clear in the fact that anyone who appears on camera must be included in the records filed by the production house for said video, which includes verification of being over the age of 18, having a valid government ID, and a few other bits of information. Obviously, random passersby have not provided this data and not having it on file is a felony.

The question then becomes, are foot/tickle fetish videos actually under the jurisdiction of 2257 laws? I don't know, and arguments could be made in both directions. The fact that these videos are being sold on Clips4Sale and posted to PornHub - which does require 2257 compliance - makes for a pretty good argument that they do. All I know is, I don't want to have to be the guy who has to defend it in court.
 
I think it is worth knowing what the rules and laws are in each country with regards to filming outdoors. Though if everything was done within the rules the only issue I might have would be with lighting and sound quality. With can be a hit or a miss.
As customer not really my thing watching them but if there is a customer base studios and models will likely do it. Not really sure what else I can say?
 
I'm just glad that there weren't any cameras/phones back when I buried and tickled gals at the beach!

That's why I'm in the avoid it/don't worry about it camp. Most of these people wandering around in the background can't be identified, and there have been court cases where fetish videos were not considered sexually explicit. I seem to recall an military guy caught with a video of underage girls in the earl 2000s when internet porn was still kind of new & he got away with the most serious charges because they didn't meet the definition of pornography. There might be a different outcome now, but if a Japanese company puts a hot looking woman wearing leather in Times Square to act as a host for a reality show they may not be selling porn, but the company also knows what it is fetishistically dancing around. The someone else puts it onto an adult porn site and....
 
Another reason for me personally is not wanting to ever be in an awkward position at a beach on vacation with family and have people filming tickling videos being tortured. I prefer this kind of fetish to be away from others to not force them to be involved in watching.

Although if it was a private beach or deserted island, it would be super hot to have someone buried in the sand and foot tickled. :)
 
Oh that's an uncomfortable one for me too. Especially when you see people walking by in the background. The average person walking by probably has no clue people jack off to feet being tickled. It's uncomfortable because we know the point of the feet being tickled. That being said, I would actually be aroused if the people walking by were encouraged to come in and help tickle the girl buried in the sand because now they are participants rather than casual spectators.
 
Everything else aside, I like tickling feet on the beach... ;0)
 
Just have to say in response to ‘pdf...’ thanks for the inspiration to take more family vacations at the beach :) Definitely don’t want to be wearing speedos though if I end up as an extra in some random buried in the sand tickle fetish video lol! Better to opt for more loose fitting attire ;)
