Try to found it in baidu.com a chinese site like youtube.
Go to google traslate and write tickle interrogation and traslate in chinese language.
Cut and past and looking a lot of goid clip
 
It's one of those thousands of period dramas that are being aired daily on Chinese TV, some of which do contain scenes of tickle torture. I could go into specifics but there is really not much to say about it :shrug:
 
I'm no Chinese boy, but I can tell you it's called 仙女湖 (xiān nǚ hú) in Chinese, "Fairy Lake" in English.
