Kinda weird that she'd lie about her feet being ticklish right? If anything girls might lie about NOT being ticklish, so maybe she's one of those people where it comes and goes.

Thought this kind weird also, but she seems to be that type or girl that's ticklish "depending on her mood"...

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. That's not a thing for her like is for many others. A shame that's not, it happens...
