It's interesting for sure. Not sure what they mean by "hair tickles"...maybe those metal pronged scalp massagers? Which do tickle a bit. It sounds like they're trying to distance themselves from the fetish scene and they only offer "hair or back" tickles, so all the guys aching to be full-body wrecked from head to toe will be disappointed. It's funny the second article linked in the comments twice says that the place sounds like a "front for prostitution" but it isn't.
