It's funny the second article linked in the comments twice says that the place sounds like a "front for prostitution" but it isn't. Throw tickling into the name and everyone assumes this is sexual I guess, but there are literally hundreds of Asian massage parlors that don't advertise this but will totally jerk off their male clients at the end, the "happy ending", these are widely known of and easily accessed so it's funny that the article links this concept to prostitution when there's a slew of regular massage parlors where that sort of thing happens all the time.
