It' super sad that most of the tickling clips on pornhub are gone.

Yes,a lot of those great clips and renfaire clips are gone(with the selfish renfaire clip owners very happy this has happened[to be more able to keep their renfaire clips to themselves]). There are always other sites to check out(that are out there on video.google.com).

But what the actual fuck happened!? I had there some favourited clips. And not new clips. 10-15 year old clips. I don`t understand that.

they found pedophile films at PH, credit cards canceled contracts with the site, they will be much stricter from now on

Thank you for the info. I was thinking something went wrong with my account. I had clips I had personally purchased(most in my private folder) and even gifs I made from some scenes I really liked in clips....all deleted.

Let's just say that Pornhub had some really dark alleyways that belongs nowhere, really.
Underage, revenge porn etc.
Not gonna lie, I had lots of favourites that dissappeared, but that's the hit we have to take. Underage and revenge porn is disgusting, and studios bleed because of piracy.

Not sure about this, but don't you have to be "trusted" or "confirmed" to even upload on PH now?

I never did understand people hording ren fair clips or any!!! Most people don't get our fetish its just a small percentage. Then they act like they have the winning lotto tickets or cure for cancer. Its only tickling people !!!!

It was about time something like this happened. The amount of piracy on that platform was probably killing the whole industry, and the fact that some people were even posting links to pirated videos in here just made me sick. Obviously it is a shame that private videos from couples were taken down, but those will have no issues to get a verified account and share their content with whoever they want to.

Seriously, I have paid for all of my clips with pleasure and will continue to do so. It just feels good to support the studios and their models in order to keep the good content coming.

Piracy forces producers to take alternative routes, and those are in most cases absolutely horrible for the consumer. I do not want to get to the point were I will need an onlyfans subscription to access clips from a studio, if there only a few clips which have caught my interest. But this is exactly what is going to happen if content is leaked like this.

Support the studios, buy the clips and be happy that at least in the "tickling industry" you buy once and are able to enjoy your content for as long as you like.

By the way, I am not implying in any way that any of you are making use of illegal material, not even close. I am just expressing my opinion and not attacking anyone (only Pornhub itself), sorry if some people feel offended by it but it is definitely not my intention.

I am sure the producers are very happy about the massive takedown and wanted to let them know that I am celebrating as hard as they are!

Those ren faire clips were pretty fucked up. Those poor women had no idea that what was an experience they had during an outing with friends, their children, family, was going to end up recorded and put online for profit in the fetish markets.

When I was younger I thought they were awesome until I realized what was actually going on here and my conscience kicked in.

Maybe the owners of renfaire aren't being "selfish" and keeping their clips for themselves, but rather they now realize they would have quite a legal issue on their hands in they continued to produce and release their content, and they got lucky.

it's upsetting, because I uploaded most of my stuff to my account and deleted it everywhere. I made them private so they weren't just out there, so now things that I BOUGHT are gone, without warning.

Now that definitely sucks

Clips4sale = old reliable. P-Hub seemed like a virus-laden Napster to me. Music was free for a short period of time and now the whole industry blows! PH killed a lot of my fave clips4sale stores.

The fact is most of the stuff that was taken down should never have been on PH in the first place as almost all of it was uploaded by people who had no right to distribute it. In the case of renfaire stuff and any other candid content the people appearing in the videos mostly didn't even give permission for themselves to be recorded and definitely did not give permission to have footage of them uploaded to the internet, let alone to a porn site.

Any legitimately uploaded content that has been remove will be easy enough for it's owners to re-upload as long as they can prove ownership of it to get themselves a verified account.

Not at all - it was long overdue! You cannot illegally share copyrighted content and not expect to be held accountable. Where did you think this was going?!

Will the Tickling Media Forum be next, with its photos and video clips of “Pictures of the Ex-,” or “The Ex-Wife’s Foot Photos”, “Tickling the Ex,” “Former Co-Worker,” “Tickled While Asleep,” etc?

We can still find the underage Hayden Panettiere tickling images here if we look hard enough. Isn’t a similar debate on a similar subject why Max Speer disappeared from here for a few years? And *that* just dealt with links to off-site fiction, not actual, on-the-Forum material. Then, there’s the Real Story section that has plenty of tales of non-consenting “vanilla” participants becoming a part of our collective fetish fantasy material.

Add in, the copyright holders for all the images in the Celebrity photos section are probably *not* getting paid their rightful royalty fees for their work. As a shooter myself, this is a real issue of rights, money, and image use. No, it isn’t “public domain” just because a celebrity is in it. The opposite, if anything.

I’m surprised the founders of Wikifeet haven’t been in front of a court. They sell ads while providing free photo of celebs with a specific fetish in mind (i.e., it’s not a medical site) no matter how much they lean into an “artistic merit” claim. They didn’t even create the art of the “artistic” part.

The TMF either needs to clean its own house, or keep quiet & keep its own head down. Say nothing, and hope in return that it doesn’t get noticed. If Dave D'amato held so much legal power over the Forum for years prior to his death then I imagine a hoard of Hollywood agents & personal injury lawyers for the exes/coworkers/etc. would be able to bury it.

I for one am glad I no longer have to check that site once a day to see if any of my content had been uploaded illegally, so I would have to file a DMCA report.

I'm glad that's all gone from Porn Hub. It shouldn't have taken credit card companies getting involved because underage stuff and pirated material is illegal. I'm not a fan of a 3rd party company forcing their will on another company, but this time it was a plus for producers. I worry if credit card companies decide they don't want to support sites like clips4sale because of some of their legal content down the road.

Hopefully with less piracy, producers will make more profit and may even lower prices as they no longer have to offset the cost of piracy. I also like that clips4sale now allows you to redownload old clips you purchased years ago.

They also lost a lawsuit where not only was there underage content there, but some of it was videos of actual assault. PH refused to pull those videos even though the victims tried to get them to pull them without going to court. So someone, presumably a judge, ruled in favor of a 10 million dollar lawsuit I believe. Then they lost another multimillion dollar lawsuit. Frankly, I'm glad they lost.

It was one of the places where you could still find material from CollegeSoles, the founder of which was convicted on a felony sex crime charge relate to underage material.

It was clear that some of his PornHub content was consensual and of legal age. But it was also fairly obvious that some of the women in the videos were unaware of the “lotion” he was using on them (legal age but no consent), and a few of the women certainly could have been under 18. So.... there was illegally uploaded material from a producer who made plenty of illegal product. A series of ironies going on there.

There was a feature on the new show Rising about this last week so I am not surprised it happened. Anyone who is interested in the impact of PH on the adult and fetish industry should listen to Jon Ronson's podcast The Butterfly Effect. It's interesting, alarming, amusing, disturbing and heart breaking (and you may hear one or two people you know being interviewed). Did you know the guy who set up PH got funding from because he could sell it as a tech enterprise rather than a porn/fetish enterprise? That opened some doors. He made so much money he bought an aquarium which has to be cleaned by a diver - all from reposting material other people created. He seemed pretty unapologetic about the whole thing.

As for the recent purge, this is long overdue in relation to some of the darker aspects of content that was uploaded there - revenge porn, underage material etc.

In the long term this could work out better for real fans as producers may feel it's more worth their while to produce new content if there's less chance of it being uploaded 48 hours later to a 3rd party hosting site and killing their future sales and revenue.

Uhh... am I missing something here? I just went to pornhub and typed in "tickling", and there's pages and pages upon pages of tickling clips. Most of the tickling clips are gone??

Yeah I'm scratching my head in confusion over this one.

I am glad Pornhub took all those clips down. They had a lot of my clips and I never gave permission for my work to be on there site. I lost a lot of money because of jerks that uploaded my work there without my permission. I hope pornhub is forced to pay producers for all the money the made hosting illegal clips. Piracy hurts all of us.

I'm guessing that piracy will continue to be an ongoing issue.

There are dozens of Pornhub-esque sites, many of whom are based in countries that are less than cooperative with US copywrite laws - probably a great migration of content from PH to those sites as I write this. PH ONLY received this kind of attention because of the outrageously horrendous nature of illegal content that they were hosting. The primary reason PH is touchable legally is because it is effectively based in Canada where public opinion and international pressure is STILL relevant. That said, Hollywood is STILL dealing with rampant piracy despite its economic and political power. Since the porn industry doesn't enjoy the same goodwill that Hollywood does, we can expect piracy will continue to eat up producer's profits.

In the near term, producers will probably just move away from c4s to a more Patreon centered business model to stop the piracy bleeding. All in all, if the issue was purely about piracy, my guess is that PH would not be pulling down clips. Pulling clips a kin to cutting its own wrists, since a significant chunk of its content is unverified or pirated. Will PH go the Netflix route of becoming more of an original content producer or carry on in its current (IMO unsustainable) form? A lot of money at stake so they have to do something.

Why would he be apologetic? The only reason we have high speed Internet access as widely available as it is is because in the 1990s/early 2000s we got tired of our porn pix & videos buffering. He didn’t create the market, we did. And he built it only so that individuals or verified members could post their personal stuff.

It was incumbent on PH to keep the website secure and running within its own rules, but it was incumbent on US not to abuse the outlet we were provided. We failed as much as anyone at PornHub.

Again, I’ll ask - is anyone posting “celebrity” photos here on the adults-only fetish Forum -which sells ads; it’s not nonprofit- paying royalty fees to the copyright owner of those images?
