At around 3:20 her foot is being scratched (in black socks) with a massage scratcher. Unsure if it is a ticklish reaction. But the way her foot flexs and her toes move seem like it is. What do you guys think?

Definite tickle. The flexing toes, the reaction to the ball of the foot getting scratched and the german word for tickle being said once or twice. Not to mention that she grabbed the scratcher with her toes to yank it away. Checks all the tickle boxes.

No doubt for me: she's being tickled! In fact, there's a couple evidences to assure that ...

The second evidence is the word "Kitzeln". The woman that tickled her says that in the video and it means "Tickle" in German ...


And we can consider a comment below the video. That, if translated, is: "Diana should be tickled a little more often in socks or bare feet" ...
