Problems Private Messaging Members In The Chat Room

Hello and thanks in advance for your assistance.
I have no issues getting into the Main Chat Room but when I try to private chat after clicking on a member's name in the Main Chat Room I'm unable to type any text. I can see things they type to me but can't reply. Not sure what I need to do to correct this and your help would be appreciated.

It sounds like maybe they have you blocked? Sometimes there are issues where people find members on their block list that they don't remember putting there. Possibly some kind of glitch.

The only other things I can think of is be sure pop up blockers are turned off, that you don't have private messages turned off in chat, or maybe try a different browser.

I looked at your account and didn't see anything that should prevent you from sending PM's

Are you operating off a phone or a computer? The room is far from perfect and often has issues with phone's especially newer ones. So your issue my lie there, and sadly we have few solutions for that one.

I can suggest trying different browsers, as some have success that way.
