The word is not mentioned but the reaction is cute and she talks a bit about it.

It calls to mind Holly Valance, who also talked about how ticklish it was being body painted.

To be honest, there's no real proof that it tickled or that her bellybutton is really ticklish. It could be more she finds her bellybutton gross, feels it's weird having it touched, or may even have a slight phobia.

Yeah it's 100% open to interpretation, I thought the head back reaction at 00:09 looks like it could be ticklish, but at 00:19 I think the laughter was more to do with the dialogue she was having with the others involved. Such brief snippets.

There's another video showing a lot more of the painting (hand-applied brush and spray gun) and she doesn't flinch or laugh at all during the bits they show of her having her sides/stomach painted. The belly button definitely has some sort of effect on her, ticklish/weird or otherwise.
