I did some more digging, found some contacts of people close to the event and they have confirmed Canelli renafire is cancelled for 2021. They just don't think everything will be back to normal by June. They said they might restart 2022, but everything is up in the air.

For those who have no idea what I am talking about, Canelli Renfaire is a rather (in)famous fair in Canelli, Italy that happens every 3rd week of June, they get plenty of tourists too. If you want to enter, you can either buy a very expensive ticket or you risk being captured by guards, put into wooden stocks and getting tickled in public.
 
I mean, I am surprised stuff is rescheduled for this year. Kinda seems way too early

There is no way Italy will vaccinate their entire population by the 3rd week of June, especially at the current pace.

And what exactly does renfaire mean linguistically?

This looks hot as the girls aren't acting for porn. They're ordinary people being tickled.

Just want to lay it out there that my wife has agreed to having her “level of regret” tested in the stocks at Cannelli for not having saluted the flags.

All it will cost me is trip to Italy. But she’s going in both style stocks, maybe even a couple times. And I assure you, she is extraordinarily ticklish.

Here’s to the return of The Siege of Canelli.

I do hope it runs again this year. Of course for the stocks, but also I just want things to be back to normal again.
