The Lands of Laughter 0: How Tickling Came Into the World

Many centuries ago, the goddesses created the world. They created all of the races, humans, elves, mermaids, and al the others.


Near the beginning of humanity, one of the goddesses fell in love with an elf and they had a daughter. That daughter saw the violence and wanted to end it. She saw that the goddess' meddling had much to do with the violence. So, she tricked the goddesses into fighting each other. In this chaos, she made herself Queen of humanity. She used her powers to change some of the nature of humanity. She traded pain for ticklishness. At first, the goddesses were furious with her, but then they decided to play her game. Each of the goddesses rallied their own groups together and turned them against her. Eventually, she was overwhelmed and defeated. The goddesses decided to trap her at the Heart of the World which she tampered with years ago to change humanity's nature. With such a large power vacuum, many scrambled to take control. Thus, the world was split into 9 kingdoms.


Now, one of the kingdoms, the Kingdom of the Black Feather, has tried to dominate the other kingdoms. But there is still hope for the world. A chosen one that will stand against them and fic the world.

This is a short introduction to a new fantasy series I'll be starting. This will replace my Tickling Fantasy Adventure series. Feedback is appreciated. Also, I used the term humanity to refer to all the races.
