Hey everyone I am really excited to share with you that there is definitely a chance to grow taller in your 20’s if you are a female! I am a 22 years old female, last year my height used to be 5’0, and now I am 5’3! I am really grateful that my neck, my arms, and my legs have grown longer! I didn’t take any hormones and my diet is average, but I’ve been taking vitamins C, D and Zinc daily. Also I do run on a treadmill inter day and sleep around 8 hours every night. Btw If someone is interested in talking about tickling text me in here! Have a very beautiful day everyone!

That's ok. I think I misread the post, so some of the fault is mine as well.
I like that you mentioned sleep. IMHO, sleep is much more important than many realize. And your enthusiasm is outstanding.
