Illustrations by Dr. Random

attachment.php

The week is over. The hell continues.

Diane, beloved head of the Sigma sorority, and her cheerleader nemesis Roxi, have been feuding since before Hell Week, and it won't stop now. From the moment Roxi's helpless feet were tickled during her pledge challenge, to her attempts to humiliate the sorority that rejected her, things escalate out of all control, until Roxi is forced to become the star attraction in a new series of tickling videos... and so hatches a revenge plan that will see Sigmas tickle tortured far beyond their limits!

For fans of Hell Week, your old friends are back and new secrets are revealed. Learn which guy on campus has such a strong connection to Diane, that she'll gleefully offer her bare feet to him for unrestrained tickling. See the tickling agony of Hell Week from Roxi's perspective, and discover there's more to the cheerleader than meets the eye. And your favorite pledges are back! Eva and Star are here for the return of Game Night, the event that promises friendly banter, a little girl-on-girl loving, and a lot of naughty tickles. And the indomitable Tricia proves the bigger they are, the harder they laugh.

Plus a plot twist you will never see coming! No, even having been told, you still won't see coming!

Whether you're looking for detailed tickling scenarios, rich characters, falling in love, hilarious banter, friends with tickling benefits, and complex relationships, you'll find it here. And if you want female on female tickling, male on female tickling, gang tickling, licking and sucking chocolate-covered feet tickling, helplessly bound tickling, trapped with your legs and feet on the other side of a door tickling, and tickling without restraints, you will find it here.

And it's just the beginning.

Buying this ASAFP just based on Tarr2k's and the Doc's awesomeness!!!

So excited!

Will be back with a real review once I have gone through the novel!

OH YES! OH HELL YES!! OH HELL WEEK YES!!! FINALLY!!! I will buy this now and will read it the slowest I´ve ever read anything. And I know I will enjoy every minute of it!!!

JUST FINISHED IT!!!

Tarr my friend, you are a GENIUS! This book is unbelievable! I LOVE IT! I LOVE IT! I LOVE IT!

To see Hell Week from Roxi's and some parts from Diane´s perspective is such a delight and brings a lot of insight what all happened during Hell Week. Amazing! And what really surprised me and never thought it would be possible after the trilogy, is that I can feel for Roxi and want to give her a hug! Even if I don´t agree with her and her ways are wrong, I understand her and hope she can overcome her problems. Cause there's more to her than meets the eye.

Diane´s flashbacks scenes with Barton are a beautiful addition. It shows why relationship is very important to Diane, which is perfectly tied into the story. And it´s very cool to see, that Diane can be very flirty and teasing with a lot of charm. :-D And of course through the book, we see once again why Diane is the head of the Sigma house. She is just a great character. :-D

I really love the characters in this book. Besides the awesome familiar characters, there are new interesting ones like Hooper. And this book focus on a lot of characters which didn´t have much screentime in the trilogy. This is perfect!

I absolutely love the emotional and intense moments! It shows the deep conncetion between some characters and also shows that even Sigmas are not perfect and make mistakes! And that even Sigmas like Diane have a dark side!

And oh boy... THE TICKLE SCENES!!! I have no words for the tickle scenes in this book! I was screaming inside a few times! This book has easely one of the best tickle scenes I´ve read. A PURE DELIGHT!

The story is just awesome. The knots to the trilogy are perfectly woven in and the continuation of that story is so well structured, I couldn´t stop reading cause it was so captivating! And I read as slow as I could. :-D AND THE PLOT TWIST??? I NEVER SAW IT AND THEN IT HIT!!!! You will see for yourself.^^

So all I can say is, that this is my favorite Hell Week book by far. I knew that it will be good but damn this is a homerun! I can´t wait to find out what will happen next! I could read the 2nd book right now!!! I WANT MORE! I´M HUNGRY NOW! So Tarr... please... no presure... but HURRY!!! :p

Thank you so very much for saying so! I'm glad you loved it! :D Especially pleased to hear that despite the past, that there's room for sympathy for poor Roxi. She's her own worst enemy, always getting in the way of what she wants because underneath that hardened exterior, there's a very vulnerable girl who just wants to love and be loved. But the hardened exterior keeps getting in the way. I think seeing Thursday from her point of view especially shows that: you clearly see how Roxi wants the world to be, but when it isn't, she doesn't think to build bridges, she raises her defenses, strikes back, protects herself instead of opening up and being honest. But at the same time, Diane unwittingly reinforced this, as Roxi's monologue made clear. She thought being a Sigma would give her what she wanted, but everything said that the Sigmas only cared about their own, and had no mercy for those not part of their little club. And the way Audra and Teri showed Roxi no mercy said she wouldn't find it in the Betas either, what conclusion could Roxi possibly reach other than that you can NEVER lower your defenses, people will always take advantage of you if they sense weakness.

Aiko will be a major character in Act 1 of the next book; it's understood by everyone that she'll be taking over Diane's role next year. Aiko is going to be the one to tackle the Roxi question, because as you saw, Diane can't see beyond how much all those she loves were hurt tonight, all she can think is that Roxi needs to pay for what she's done. It's someone like Aiko who is forced to say "maybe I missed something." Diane's big heart is her strength, but also her weakness, it can blind her sometimes when she's worried about those she cares about.

I'm glad you liked the flashbacks too! How did you feel about Diane and Barton in the present?

That´s exactly the reason why I love this story so much. Diane´s and Roxi´s problem normaly could easy be solved. They just need to sit on a table and talk this out. Or... maybe... "tickle fight" it out! :p But both made mistakes and gave the other one a false impression. Not cause they are bad people, just simple cause everybody makes mistakes. It´s human and they are just normal humans. And now the situation escalated and both are a little stubborn.^^

I liked Diane and Barton in the present as much as in the flashbacks! They have a very beautiful relationship and it´s very clear why Barton is so important for Diane.

Yeah I can´t wait for book 2. I could eat all this stuff right now! You made me very hungry for more! :-D

LOL Funny you should mention that, Barton keeps teasing Diane that he wants to be invited to the inevitable Diane-Roxi tickle fight! XD

I'm so glad you like how that relationship turned out. I know Diane's strength is important, and was worried seeing her like this might diminish that in your eyes.

Out of curiosity, which is your favorite tickle scene? I forgot to ask!

LOL this is really funny. But I agree with Barton.^^

This is a very difficult question cause all the tickle scenes are SO GOOD! But I think the whole "Halloween Night" Stuff is my favorite. Especially Margot! OH BOY! This was AMAZING! And the... let´s call it "feet cleaning" stuff with Roxi I would say. But it´s really tough to choose. :-D

Margot was very fun to use in that. Rest assured that it won't be the last time I put her through the wringer! XD

Funny story about the other time with Margot. Originally, the scene with Margot, Tricia, and Star was going to be with Eva instead of Tricia (re-reading the scene, it might be clear in the early part that Tricia seems a bit Eva-like in her desire to tickle Star). But I realized Tricia wasn't getting much facetime, so I put her in Eva's place. Only one thing happened I never expected: Tricia refused to meekly except her situation. The characters live their own lives, so eventually it reached a point where Tricia was prepared to do what Eva never would, and thus how she managed to turn the tables. The fun of letting the characters run things, they sometimes surprise even me!

And as for Roxi... let's just say that's a taste of what's to come! XD One lesson she'll learn very quickly in Book 2 is that just because she won, doesn't mean that her problems are solved. But it will mean that she can stop feeling like she always loses, that the Sigmas will always be able to do whatever they like to her and she just has to take it (the way she sees it). And, of course, we'll be properly introduced to Candace, Roxi's nemesis, who was just mentioned in passing in the first novel.

I really like that the scene was with Tricia.^^ I think the misstake that Roxi also makes, is that she "think" she has won. But she didn´t. Yes some of the Sigmas had the worst night ever, but they are Sigmas. They may be angry at the moment but they will take it and move on like Sigmas do it all the time. That´s why they the elite. And I think Roxi will take that a little bit to lightly and underestimates them.^^ The fact that she thinks Diane hides herself behind her girls makes that very clear.^^

Amazing read! I especially liked the special cameo from my all time favorite series by you :D . Does the aspect of sharing universes stop with Milton, or can we assume the more supernatural aspects of BC coexist in Hell Week's world??

PS: is BC3 in the works as well??

Well to be clear, Roxi is under no illusions about the degree here. The first chapter of the second book is currently called "I Just Beat The Yankees," because as Roxi sees it, she's a nobody baseball team that has been forced to play against the Yankees every single game, and whenever they win, they gloat about it. All she wanted to do was beat the Yankees in one game, and she got that.

As you noted earlier, Diane and Roxi both misunderstand each other. You'll notice that in Hell Week - a Sigma POV story - and the prologue that we're seeing how Diane sees Roxi, as just a typical airhead. Roxi, on the other hand, was told that she was on thin ice, especially with Diane, so while Diane saw Roxi stupidly taking the challenge at face value, Roxi was fearful that Diane was looking for any excuse to reject her. And to be fair, Diane was, she didn't send Todd onto that roof just to screw with Roxi on principle, she wanted Roxi to demand they call the coaches in to get her out, so that with the cops arriving to turn it into a full-blown incident, she could reject Roxi. But because she underestimated Roxi's intelligence and determination to be a Sigma, Roxi figured out that if this wasn't handled discretely, she wouldn't get another chance. So she took everything Todd and his buddies dished out. But she underestimated how badly she'd hit Diane during that interview. Remember that Diane's greatest fear is that her life is too good to be true, girls like her don't get what she has, it's girls like Roxi that do, in her terrified imagination. From Diane's POV, tossing Roxi out was completely fair, she had full discretion. And yet, does it square with the same woman who told Eva, after all she did and lied about it, to say "nobody believes in second chances more than I do," that she refused to credit Roxi her willingness to suffer 90 minutes tickle torture as proof she has true tenacity? Diane's human, although she's still Diane, Thursday's challenge to Tricia was enough to teach Diane Roxi isn't to be underestimated - it was the reason, after all, that she told Tricia the wrong exit word. But the difference between Roxi and Eva is that Diane can empathize with Eva, but she can't with Roxi, the damage of her first impression has so thoroughly tainted her that all Diane sees is a cheerleader bully, and has only realized she's more dangerous with each attempted retaliation. And Roxi knows Diane's reputation, but squaring it with her own experience - especially with Diane indulging her dark side as Evil Sigma Queen - tells her Diane is a phony, cruel and vindictive when nobody's looking.

The upshot of all of that being, Roxi could have gloated about her victory over the Sigmas, but she ultimately fears Diane. She won this battle, she is probably going to quit while she's on top. Because, after all... well, just remember, even after learning Diane had her tickle tortured, Roxi STILL wanted to be a Sigma. The emotions she has for them are very complicated - she hates them, and wants to be loved by them; she is ready to fight them, and would do anything to join them. Roxi and Diane both think the other is spiteful, neither realizing there are a lot of emotions under the hood driving them. That's why the two of them are the major players of this first story arc, they are two complex personalities thrown together at a trying time in both their lives, although neither has found that out yet... :D

Thanks very much! Milton is such a fun character, it was a blast bringing him back and pitting him against Roxi.

I don't want to fully close a door, but Hell Week already has taken the sorority tickle trope far off the rails. I leave that door cracked in the next novel, actually, when, during a confession about her life, the Chameleon tells her "This very morning, I had breakfast with a king. I have been to places you don't know exist. I have seen things so fantastic that I cannot with total certainty say they are not magic." But even with that... I think that if the Sigma girls ever did wind up in such a scenario, it would be outside of their own books, like a BC story perhaps. But things would, on a scale of 1 to 10, probably never peak higher than a 2.

As for BC3, I definitely have ideas for it! It's just a question of can I pull it off. I have a trilogy of novels that I'd probably handle after Hell Week that would come before (they're actually a lot further along). However, those novels are back in my sci-fi/fantasy/supernatural wheelhouse! :D

Oh I get it! Damn this is so interesting. I NEED BOOK 2!!! :p

LOL And I want to give it to you! XD

The tricky part is that I've still got nine tickle scenes to either write or finish, and the book is already 10K words longer than the first book was. As we discussed before, there's an act structure to it, which makes it much more complicated. In fact MTJ and I discussed whether we should take books 2 and 3 and modify them into three books instead (the analogy I used was that you can't take two Hummers, cut them in half, and have them still work, but you can carefully take parts from them to build three smaller vehicles). We decided to stay the course, but the challenge is really making the remaining scenes count. There's one with Roxi that will be the centerpiece of the novel that I'll likely do first, because I don't want to compromise on it, I hope it will be the big draw. :D The others are important, but that's going to be one of three huge tickling moments for the book (the other two are done) so it's got to really be my A game!

Oh I have no doubt you will bring your A game! And I love A game tickle scenes! :p And I´m really looking forward to Diane´s climax tickle scenes which will be one to remember as you said it! :-D I love that the 2nd book is already so massive! :-D

I'm hoping we can put that on the cover, it would be a delight. :D

So I forgot to ask, how did you feel about Thursday of Hell Week seen from Roxi's point of view? Did that have any effect on how you saw her and what she was doing?

Yes! This was very important for the whole situation in my opinion. I can understand Roxi very well because of that. :-D

That's good! :D What I'm hoping is starting to come across is that during Hell Week, we saw Roxi at her worst. She didn't handle the situation well at all. It's why Hooper has been so good for her, the fact he's willing to look past the surface to the girl underneath is what allows the girl underneath to be brave enough to at times become the surface.

We'll be seeing Aiko a lot in the first Act of the next book, for similar reasons. Aiko is the presumptive Sigma to take over for Diane next year, that's why Diane put her in charge of Roxi during Hell Week. Because she didn't have that history with Roxi, she is better equipped than Diane to look at the troublesome cheerleader's behavior objectively, especially because Diane feels protective of her girls. Aiko has the luxury of being more detached, and as a published author has experience putting herself in the heads of other people.

Work is moving forward steadily. These last tickle scenes are going to be really important to get right. And I'll likely get one more pass over Diane's climactic one; like I said, I want that on the cover! XD

That´s another reason why I love Diane. She is very smart and knows she is not perfect. And she knows that Aiko has great potential and has what it takes to handle a situation like the one with Roxi.

Oh I´m so excieted for this epic climactic tickle scene with Diane and the cover of course. :-D

Diane is definitely her own harshest critic. The fact she can look herself in the mirror to the point that she wonders "maybe I've gone too far" rather than justifying to herself why it's okay, shows that. Diane truly wants to make the world a better place, and always laments any time she comes up short. That's why she contacts Barton on Wednesday after all, so that someone she trusts can give her an honest assessment of her. But that's an obvious trait, it's the same reason Megan is going to do the same sort of thing in the next book, refusing to let Diane's bullshit go without comment. Diane's best friends are those that she can trust to keep her honest.

Oh, if you want something to ponder, something will come out of that scene with Diane calling Barton during the topless carwash that will be an important part of the next book. :)

I hope so, I've been working very hard on it! :)

While we're waiting, here's some more expansion upon what's coming with book 2 of Hell Week Yearbook. Having read the first book, you know the plot twist, book 2 fleshes that out much more, as going forward it plays a greater and greater role in the story.

Roxi and her father live in a home in Westport, Connecticut. As the second book of the Hell Week trilogy established, Mr. Andrews is a corporate lawyer, working at a large firm in nearby New York City. Mr. Andrews specializes in handling work for clients who own American businesses but live overseas.

What none of them realizes is that when Roxi was just a baby, for reasons we don't yet know, Mr. Andrews began doing various work for organized crime. Despite such a risky endeavor, Mr. Andrews is a cautious man, having strategized his way out of the poverty of his youth to a law degree and the respect of his current job. He handles his criminal activities with the same meticulous precision that he brings to all things.

It was exactly this that brought him to the attention of his current boss, the man he spoke with on the phone in HWYB #1. That person is a mysterious individual known only as "the white-suited man." Nine years ago he made a deal that severed Mr. Andrews' ties to his previous thug employers to become his right-hand man. Mr. Andrews handles many aspects of the work, such as meeting with those seeking to have the white-suited man fund their criminal businesses or to make introductions. He also is involved with the group that was present during the auction with him, called The Gata Club, on the white-suited man's behalf.

Mr. Andrews is particularly involved in what his boss likes to call "Moneyball," because it's about finding new talent for his criminal empire. This is done by finding ordinary people who are in serious financial trouble due to criminal behavior, like gambling debts or stealing from work or such. He refers to himself as Mr. Gabriel to them, referring to himself as their guardian angel here to potentially deliver them from their trouble with people who are unbound by the law. Mr. Gabriel then pays their debts on behalf of the white-suited man, and they are then part of his silent workforce. Maybe they're a plumber that will be called upon to assist with some heist or to help in the building of a secret facility, or an auto mechanic that will need to perform specialized modifications to a vehicle, "Mr. Gabriel" places these people who think themselves law-abiding on retainer so that at a moment's notice if someone is needed, they will be called in.

As a meticulous and cautious man, Mr. Andrews has feared what might happen to Roxi, should the worst happen to him. While the first book gives the impression he doesn't care about Roxi, in truth he wants Roxi to always earn her own victories so that she will believe in herself and her ability to triumph. Roxi, for instance, earned a partial scholarship for her college education at his insistence, to prove to herself she was smarter than she often liked to act. She doesn't know that the remainder of her tuition and her allowance are being paid out of a trust through his law firm, so that if he is arrested and his assets seized, Roxi will be taken care of.

Mr. Andrews' major personal indulgence with his criminal proceeds is the six car garage just off the kitchen. It's designed so that three cars pull in from the left, and three cars from the right. Starting from the 12 o'clock position and going around he has:
-1980 Lamborghini Countach (black)
-1977 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am (red)
-1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Convertible (black with custom red flames)
-1994 McLaren F1 LM (yellow)
-1953 Jaguar XK120C Roadster (white)
-1962 Ferrari 250 GTO (red)

All but the McLaren he restored himself (that was a retainer by the white-suited man, as there are only half a dozen of those in existence). The garage naturally is set to be fully equipped complete with hydraulic lifts to perform any repair or maintenance. But it's also like a museum. The floor has a beautiful painted surface, there are various bits of automotive and racing history on display, and he keep two leather recliners along with a liquor cabinet and a cigar humidor so he can sit back, listen to music, and admire his trophies. When Roxi has been very good, she can join him and spend long hours talking, usually about classic cars or about the law (you know from Hell Week #2 she's got more than a passing grasp of legal matters). On the wall are two framed photographs. One is of Roxi when she was nine, sitting behind the wheel of the Ferari in an old time racing helmet, pretending she was driving. The other of her behind the wheel on the day after she got her license, when she drove the McLaren to school.

Mr. Andrews' public wealth is not as considerable as his criminal activities would suggest. This is because he invents fictional overseas clients and buys businesses in their name using money from his criminal activities, and then in his capacity as their lawyer, manages them. This arrangement avoids attracting attention being mega-rich, allows him to justify the time he spends performing criminal activities for the white-suited man as time he is spending on his fictional clients, and to then launder money to himself by charging those fictional clients for the time he supposedly spent seeing to their businesses.

Yet the ultimate irony is that no money is worth the time that this life has robbed him from Roxi's life growing up, and his greatest wish is to get out and take her on a trip around the world to make up for all the times he couldn't be there for her because he was called away to sort out a matter for some criminal.
