Banned from the forum?? Why? He asked a question. At least he tried. Made an attempt. It's a very poor attempt, sure but at least he contributed. What about all the lurkers on this forum that do absolutely nothing? Should they be banned?? Or all the creeps that take pictures of random people's feet in public and get off to stories, pictures, and videos of their family members being tickled? What about them? I'm surprised to see a rude comment like this coming from someone at your level, as well known as you. All that does is encourages newer members or lurkers to not get involved,, which damages this community. This post may not have been the best in the world but it's FAR from the stupidest or creepiest post on this forum.
As far as your question goes OP, no tickling at all. Not even close. Look at the girls fingers. The hand touching her neck underneath her other hand, the fingers are curled. I guess you could take the massive leap and say by placing her hands on the girls neck it created some type of ticklish reaction, but it is EXTREMELY UNLIKELY, and I'm very doubtful.
