She is called "Al'hy". Near 10 years ago, she was on "Music Tv show" to select new singers star... Now, she hasn't a great career but her little video turns on web ....

I love videos where singers are being tickled while trying to sing. I remember there was another where 3 women were singing and laughing and as the camera panned out there were being tickled more and more until they broke
