Following the destruction caused by the devestating hurricane, the Good Guys knew they had to pick up the pieces, and go on with their lives, baseball, and tickling. After seeing how living in flimsy houses by the water was so dangerous, and resulted in the loss of their homes, much of the team decided to take up residence at Paradise Towers, a new luxury apartment highrise where complete destruction like what had occurred with their homes, was unlikely, due to the structure layout of the building. As it turned out, there was a completely empty floor in the highrise just waiting for people to move in. The team quickly took up residence on this floor, becoming neighbors. They had never lived in such close proximity before, and some worried the closeness would have a negative effect. At least initally, it turned out to be a source of comfort as the team rebuilt their lives. Many of them were due large insurance claims as a result of the losses they sustained. Mitch, Naomi, and their children took up residence in a five bedroom penthouse apartment that wasnt much smaller than the house they had lived in, and the rent was about the same as the mortgage they were paying. Mandy Moore lived one floor below, with Kate Hudson and Jim Gardner in the building as well. Clearly, the tickle team wanted to be together as they tried to rebuild their shattered lives.
