The dog that resides in the back yard of the house 4 doors along the road from my house - it barks at anything and everything, it's not his/her fault, I suspect the owners (who shout at it to stop barking from the inside of the house) have no clue of how to interact with the poor dog and have probably never embarked on any training. It's very frustrating.
