Lower body clothes for the ticklee: legs covered or not?

If a ticklee were to be fully clothed but couldn't wear a skirt or dress (for whatever reason), and assuming she were barefoot, which would you prefer: legs covered (pants/jeans) or bare (shorts)?

1) Jeans/pants (covered legs)
2) Shorts (bare legs)
3) It doesn't matter to me

I love legs, so she would have to be wearing shorts.

If you cover her legs with lets say jeans you can't tickel her under her knee, which is a very strategic spot for many ticklee.

I voted for pants, but only because it emphasises her feet. I would'nt mind watching a video of your with shorts Francois. I do have to say that I've found knees to be very ticklish in trousers though Plumo. I've proved many a time that it can work.
