so i was looking out my window this morning...

as i was making up my bed this morning, i raised the blind to look out at what i was hoping would be a gorgeous morning. what do i see instead? a big bad ass tree that had been snapped in two sometime last night lying half way across the road, barely missing the next door neighbor's woody by an inch. i could have been killed if it had fallen another way other than the way it had. not really as my house is far enough back and although the tree is huge, it hopefully couldnt have reached my bedroom, although the bedroom is in the front of the house on the second floor. sooooooooooooooooo instead of hearing the sweet song of birds, i get to hear the sweet sound of power saws which has already started as i am typing... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

thanks peeps i wasnt really in any imminent danger, it was just the idea this happened last night around ten and i was sound asleep and didnt hear a thing. lol

anyway they almost have it all cleared off finally great park crew we have here.

aww tulipangel thanks lol..i'm rather surprised more didnt comment on the woody thingie. hmmm anyway tools are gone, all quiet on the home front now. those guys work fast. but its a shame, because it was a big tree, and in the spring and summer we would sit out on our front porch and watch the squirrels leaping from a branch on this side of the road to a branch on that tree..
