*NEW* Learning Responsibility the Teen Titan Way part 1 & 2

had many requests to finish this story, so i got a bunch of great ideas, and finished it. sorry if it isn't exactly accurate. i don't get Cartoon Network anymore


Learning Responsibility the Teen Titan Way part 1 - a Teen Titan tickling story
Starring: Raven and Starfire

"BOOYA!" said Robin. Robin, Robin, Robin, and Robin were trying out Robin's cool gadgets. In fact it was just Beast Boy, Cyborg,
Raven, and Starfire, trying out the real Robin's uniform and gadgets while he was away training with the True Master. "VROOM! VROOM!"
said Beast Boy Robin as he tried out Robin's cycle. "Hey lemme ride that thing!" shouted Cyborg Robin. "Ooh i do wish to operate this
2 wheeled motorcycle!" stated Starfire Robin.
"I think it's my turn." said the real Robin. the 4 imposters shrunk down real small staring wide eyed at the real Robin. In a flash the imposters
switched to their normal uniforms. "Hey! Robin! Just making sure your gadgets were sparkly clean." said Cyborg whistling innocently. "Yay!
You have returned from your training! We have missed you so much!" exclaimed Starfire as she zoomed to Robin and gave him a big hug.
"Welcome back." stated Raven. "Ya! it's about time your done learning more kung-fu! Beeeeelch!!!" exclaimed Beast boy. "Nice one!"
shouted Cyborg.
"I'm gone for 1 week and you manage break in and trash my room, not to mention break half my gadgets and use all but 1 of my suits?" said
Robin toward Starfire and Raven. "Us? It's our fault?" questioned Raven keeping a an expressionless face with just a slightly raised eyebrow.
"We did not choose to defile your Glamtort. Beast Boy and Cyborg tempted us to do such an act." commented Starfire. "True, but that sort of
behavior is kinda expected from a couple of guys who spend their time with burping contests and video games." stated Robin. In the background
Beast Boy and Cyborg continue their burp-off. "This is the last straw. i'm afraid i'm gonna have to punish you to." said Robin. "Oh please do not
shout at me , lock me in my Glamtort, or spank my Glubtroff!." Starfire shrieked, water building in her eyes. "Boys. Figures, they always have an
excuse for their actions." said Raven, rolling her eyes.
Robin walked to Cyborg and Beast Boy and went into a huddle with them to whisper his plan. After about 10 seconds of whispering, Raven and
Starfire noticed Beast boy jumping up and down in glee, Cyborg expressing his satisfaction with an "OH YA!" and a "BOOYA!". The 3 boys
immediately faced the girls with an innocent look on their faces as they approached. "NOW!" said Robin. and before the girls could react,
Beast Boy morphed into a long boa constrictor and wrapped around the girls as Cyborg sprayed them in the face with sleeping gas from his finger
as he shouted "Hey! smell my finger!" Last thing they remembered was Robin standing in front of them with his hands at his hips as he ordered
the boys to start getting the girls ready.

Raven was first to awake, noticing she was in the basement of Titan Tower. "Starfire, wake up" whispered Raven who was laying next to Starfire.
"Whu, Whu, Where are we?" questioned Starfire. Raven's cape and hood had been removed, and they both were laying down, their arms firmly
secured above their heads, and a blue sphere was encased over each of Starfire's hands, stopping her from firing her green balls of plasma.
Their feet were secured in stocks and strangely enough, their boots were removed exposing Raven's size 7 and Starfire's size 6 soft feet. Strangest
of all was that the set of stocks was made out of Cyborg's technology. their heads were propped on on pillows and the stocks were low enough so
they could see each other's bare feet. "My, your feet are well pedicured and beautiful." exclaimed Starfire, staring at raven's soft grey skinned feet.
"Well, yours aren't too shabby either." said Raven noticing that Starfire's feet looked absolutely gorgeous. "How do you get your feet looking so superb?"
asked Raven. "Oh, it's beacause every night i spread Greadnack juice all over my feet, keeping them healthy and clean, but sadly really, really, ticklish.
stated Starfire. "Mind if i try some of that on my feet once we get done with this? I love to pamper my feet, but i never worry about getting tickled." replied Raven.
"Oh glorious! We shall have a pedicure party! We can spread Greadnack juice on each other's feet and have a pillow fight! but no tickling." exclaimed Starfire.
"Sure. Whatever." said Raven.

Suddenly they noticed the boys coming out of the shadows. "Look, whatever our gonna do, get it over with. I have better things to do than share beauty tips from
Ms. Foot Fetish over here." said Raven. "I'm sorry i have to do this, but you 2 need to learn to be more responsible." said Robin. "Beast Boy. Cyborg. Begin the
tickling punishment." said Robin "Booya!" "WooHoo" said Cyborg and Beast Boy. Beast Boy morphed into an eagle and flew toward the bird perch at the feet of Raven.
While Cyborg aprached Starfire as all 10 of his fingers retracted to reveal 10 spinning feathers and he grinned evily. Raven and Starfire's eyes grew wide as they
dared not to contemplate what might become of them.

Starring: Raven and Starfire

"If you tickle me, you'll pay dearly!" warned Raven. Beast Boy after contemplating it for 2 seconds said, "Ok!" He turned

back into an eagle and brought his wings down and stroked the soles of Raven's feet. Raven was trying not to laugh until the multiple

feathers carressed her bare soles. Laughter exploded from her as she snorted and laughed, "BWAHAHAAAA YOU'LL GEHET

YOURS BEHEAST BOHOY AAHAHAAHAAAHEEEEEE!" He continued to tickle her helpless soles and moved up to her toes,

stroking inbetween every toe, making Raven buck with ticklish laughter.
Meanwhile not 5 feet away, Cyborg now with his fingers turned into spinning feathers, approached Starfire. "Flaarbarg

isn't until 2 months, it wouldn't be normal to start the festival so soon." stated Starfire with a look of worry on her face. "Christmas

comes just once a year, but that doesn't mean you can't get presents any other time." replied Cyborg with a huge grin on his face, as

he brought his feather fingers to bear with Starfire's toes. He slid four of his fingers inbetween each of her toes, and his thumb-feather

dancing across her soles on each foot, causing Starfire to explode into a fit of giggles. "TEHEHEHEEE HOOHOHOHOHEEEE!"

giggled Starfire. She tried to scrunch up her toes to protect them, but the stocks she was locked into extended tiny grasping claws

that gently but securedly grabbed each toe and pulled them back so Cyborg could have easy access to Starfires captive toes, and

even left exposed the curl and pads of her toes, which were most ticklish, so Cyborg could stroke that area aswell. Starfire thrashed

her head and furrowed her eyebrows in the cutest manner as Cyborg tickled the curl and undersides of her toes, causing her to laugh

loudly now, louder than Raven who was now in a fit of giggles.
Beast boy changed into a vulture, with a now 6 ft. wingspan and enjoyed himself as he stroked all 6 ft. of feathers all

accross Raven's helpless soles and toes as her toes were restrained by the same kind of device that held Starfire's toes. Raven

laughed loudly as hundreds of feathers tormented her feet. She just banged her head in her pillow and just accepted the tickling, she

thought it was torturous, but deep down inside she liked it. Beast Boy decided to mix things up and changed into a chicken, and

having his feathers touch Raven's soles, he turned round and round, mixing up which feathers tickled her feet, long stiff ones, and

soft plumy feathers, all spinning on her soles by a sadistic chicken. This new action threw Raven into a fit of giggles and she

absolutely hated the feeling, though a little part of her, deep down has screaming for more. She wished more than anything for the

tickling to stop, but couldn't say anything through the river of giggles escaping her mouth. Beast boy, getting too dizzy, changed into

an old hound dog with big floppy ears and a big floppy tongue and continued by licking Raven's soles and toes with a big smile on

his doggy face. Raven never felt such a sensation, the tickling was intense and she went back to laughing loudly and bucking up and

down, arching her back. She tried saying the words that would give her power, but couldn't get out anything but a syllable. Beast boy

licked under and inbetween her toes, making her laugh in a higher pitch, letting him now that was the sweet spot.
Cyborgs feather fingers and hands then retracted and out came 2 small arms equipped with water jets and 2 with vibrating

brushes, 2 water jets and 2 brushes where his hands used to be. He used the brushes to scrub Starfire's toes and the water jets to

squirt her soles and arches at random intervals. All which proved to be very effective as Starfire almost screamed with laughter and

arched her back almost in unison with Raven. Cyborg brushed the underside of her toes as his water jets squirted her arches and

heels.
Robin watched from the shadows and smirked. he had to teach them not to mess with his stuff, and he had to admit, this

was kinda fun to watch. Beast Boy and Cyborg were having a blast, tickling their victims with broad grins on their faces. Robin

walked into the light and said, "Do you think you two have learned your lesson? Are you responsible enough yet?" "YES!" shouted

Starfire and Raven in unison. "Ok then, Cyborg, Beast Boy, you can stop now. They've learned their lesson." commanded Robin.

"Awwwwww ok." said Beast Boy. "We were just starting to have fun, too." said Cyborg. Raven and Starfire caught they're breath

and the sticks let them go and morphed into a lounge chair for them with a cup of water on the sig with the sign "Have a nice day!"

on it. "On 2nd thought," said Robin, "Beast Boy, Cyborg, not video games, TV, or burping for one week. You guys don't get to get

off scott free, especially since you painted funny faces and "Robin-poo" in permanent paint on my collection of batterrangs*." Beast

Boy and Cyborg got a droopy sad look on their faces and pleaded, "Well what will we do then?!?" "Read a book." replied Robin. "

A what..." stammered Beast Boy. He started to belch, but Robin stopped him and said, "Uh-huh, hold it." Beast boy shut his mouth

and covered it with his hands as his cheeks and head got really big until he couldn't hold it anymore. He let out a huge burp and flew

around the room, ricocheting off the wall as they all laughed.
"So, Raven shall we have that pedicure party now? asked Starfire. "Well... ok, sounds ok. But i warn you, if you tickle

me... i'll laugh." said Raven, slightly grinning. "Agreed, friend Raven! I will go heat up the Greadnack juice and prepare the pillows

for our pillow battle." said Starfire, joyfully. Starfire gave Raven a big hug as they headed down the hall and goosed her ribs. "EEEP!

Hey! we haven't even started yet." exclaimed Raven. "Apologies Raven, i cannot control this urge to cause you laughter." said

Starfire.
