Prelude: The courthouse.....January 7, 1999

"Ms. Hewitt, you are now under oath. You have signed an affidavit against the defendent. Please if it is not too painful, recount for the jury the details of the ordeal that you endured during the Thanksgiving weekend in 1998," stated the district attorney. Looking very sharp and intelligent in a navy blue suit and tan nylons, the prosecutor Jennifer Love Hewitt took a moment to gather her thoughts before beginning her story.

Chapter 1: The Scouting Report

About 8:30 P.M. on Wednesday November 25, 1998.....In the dorm room of Brandy Norwood and Jennifer Love Hewitt.... "Ha ha haa ha ha...stop...haaaaa...stop!" laughed and whined Jennifer Love Hewitt. Her barefeet kicked and twisted as she tried to escape. R & B singer Brandy Norwood straddled Jennifer's slender waist as she tickled her sides. "What's his name?.....What's his name? ....Girl you better tell me or I'll tickle you until you pee," threatened Brandy with a sly smile. She had pounced on her roommate and started tickling her when Jennifer refused to tell her about a new love interest. "Ha haa ha ha ha ......unhh uhh...Noo.....haa ha ha ha haaa" laughed Jennifer. Her sweet face blushed as fingers continued to tickle her sides. Her feet twisted the sheets of the bed as she squirmed. "Talk....Talk...ha haa haa "teased Brandy. "Noooo! ha ha ha haaa Noooo! Stop!" protested Jennifer as she lightly hit Brandy. Brandy reached back behind her and began tickling one of Jennifer's soft soles. "Ahhhhhhh!" screamed Jennifer as she pulled her foot away. But like a magnet, Brandy's fingers followed and found the perfect creases of her roommate's sensitive soles. "Ahhhhhhhh ha ha ha ha ha....okay...okay....ha haa ha ha ha it's Billy...ha ha ha ha" confessed Jennifer. However, Brandy continued to tickle her roommate as demanded more information, "Billy who?" Jennifer near tears quickly responded, "Simpson.....Billy Simpson? You satisfied." Brandy stopped and smiled, "Oooh Billy, the freshman point guard. He's cute. You've got good tastes."

Jennifer proceeded to give Brandy more details about her crush on Billy. Unknown to the two coeds was the fact that they were not alone. In the closet was someome that secretly enjoyed the two roommates' tickle play. Over the past three years, this person had been to several college campuses and observed thousands of young coeds. He watched them lounging barefooted on lush lawns, dangling their shoes off of stockinged or barefeet while studying. He also spied on them dancing around without shoes at parties. He paid particular attention to those with unique beauty from head to toe. After a day of watching, he would fantasize about tickling or massaging them all. Eventually his fantasies collided with reality when he subjected three sorority sisters to a long night of tickling. The police have searched for a man dubbed the Tickling Bandit unsuccessfully since that evening. He has drifted across the country tickling women and leaving no evidence to trace him. Since coming to this particular campus, he had been struck by the beauty of Jennifer Love Hewitt and her roommate Brandy. He had seen them barefoot and in nylons several times. This was his first visit to their room and it was better than he had imagined. He felt warm with sexual desire as he watched the Brandy tickle Jennifer. While eavesdropping he learned that the roommates would not be going home for Thanksgiving. They would be virtually alone with him in the dorm. It was almost time for him to formally introduce himself to the ladies.
