Well the producer of that vid says she's 25 so maybe they are not underage.

Also way tooo much screaming and yelling. Very little actual tickling more like she was attacked and didn't enjoy or want to be tickled.

In other videos posted by the person who uploaded the tickling clip we can see that the girls are still in High School and are presumably attending Sweet 16 parties of their friends. Therefore, the likelihood of them all being 18 and above is greatly reduced.

I too vote for this link to be removed from the forum on the basis of media featuring under aged individuals.
