The charators on the 2nd pic remind me of the cover two an Anime movie. Was that you insperasion, and is there any tickling in that movie.

Darkstalkers Revenge!

It was a 4 part OVA series now collected in a 2 vol dvd set. This was inspired by the cover to episode one. But alas there was no tickling in any of them at all.
