I'd like to introduce Roger Rabbit, a literal GOD of Tickling, he is married to Rogue from Xmen and they have their own universe.
in this universe, there are many forms of Roger (from normal to super, to GOD and "THE") you can even get tickle tortured for little things!

How skilled is "The Roger" at tickling?
If Priscilla James was an 9/10, compared to Roger, she's a 5/10.

Tickle-Claus (on christmas eve, a slim sexy santa comes down the chimney and tickles you senselessly, nobody hears you scream and laugh)

Shadows (every night, shadows move from room to room, if they see you...they move towards you and latch on to you like glue and tickle you til dawn)

Shadow migration (100 tickling shadows move slowly, again tickles you if spotted)
