Are most tickling enthusiasts f/f?

I get the impression from being on TMF, and seeing various videos, that most of the interaction is f/f, maybe even 95% of it. Is this true? I'm not saying that's bad, just making an observation here. I often wonder why this is. Do men have a bad reputation when it comes to tickling, or is this a pattern that is prevalent with relationships in general now?

Yes I do realize that, as regards to porn. But even here on TMF, I see quite a bit of people who are exclusively f/f, judging from the profiles I've viewed. I know that f/m is pretty rare, but I get the impression many females here prefer other females rather than men, hence f/f, as opposed to m/f. Or maybe I just need to get more familiarized with the site! By the way, I'm a switch, so I should probably change my name. I lean towards being a lee but I enjoy both. If someone sees my name the first thing they probably think is I'm just into f/m, but that's not true at all.

It’s pretty common for women to be lesbian or bisexual, yes. I think the reason you’ll mostly see women only seeking other women in the personals is because men aren’t exactly hard to find. Women looking for men probably won’t need to post an ad in order to find them, especially if they’re open to switching.

I’d wager it’s less a matter of quantity and more a matter of stating up front what they want and try to avoid intrusive and unwanted messages (which is completely fair and understandable). Not implying you’re in that camp, but I’m sure we’re all aware how frustrating it can be being a female identifying person on the internet whether or not it’s fetish/kink related

I’m heteroflexible (mostly straight but open to fetish/sexual play with others who aren’t cis-male) but prefer to watch and engage in f/f. Not sure why - maybe it’s just more of a novelty (it’s not difficult to find men to play / chat with) or maybe I feel safer interacting with other females. I like anything I can relate to:, f/m, m/f, and f/f.

Yes I suspected that. Perfectly understandable. No, I'm not intrusive in the chatroom or with messaging outside of it, quite the opposite, but I gather there are many who are, and I'm sure they are all men. I know, because I get nothing but PM's from men in the chatroom, and even a few from here in the forum. I learned that the whole thing takes a lot of time as far as getting to know someone is concerned, but that's fine.

Women doing things with other women is appealing to men, so it's not a surprise that apply to tickling as well. Whether it's F/F or M/F, that will always be the more popular choice when it comes to tickling videos.

Yes I get it. I relate to all of that too, just not m/m. I agree it doesn't seem difficult to find men, because they tend to be aggressive, and I'm sure women are always batting them off. I even had the problem myself, being a guy, and not just here in TMF, so I feel safer with females too. Personally, I don't mind m/f clips, as long as the 'ler isn't creepy, or interrupting the 'lee with ill-timed taunts or banter. Sometimes, there's real chemistry there, and you can tell the 'lee is really enjoying it. That's always how I've liked my scenes/sessions/whatever to be.

Same here, I don't mind m/f depending on what kind of male it is. I admit some just make me sick. And like you say, the chemistry has to be right. I think I'd definitely prefer it if there's some f/m interaction as well, but I don't think I've seen any videos like that, it's always m/f or f/m, no switching. I only see the switching in f/f vids. That would be the kind of thing that would take place in real life, not videos. That's why I'm not really into most videos, I prefer the real thing!

I agree in as much that I get weirded out too by male lers, for the most part anyway, in videos. I think it's like others on this thread have said, when it comes to porn, guys generally don't want to see other guys. But when I asked this at the beginning of the thread, I was also referring to real life, and what I've picked up on from others here on TMF. So like someone said, guys are not hard to find, and the girls are probably always being pestered by them. So I think the f/f thing may be a much more comfortable situation for many, not to mention safer.
