Bailey just had a pedicure and then went to visit Kody Evans. Kody is curious and asks if it tickled as she gets a closer look. Kody starts lightly tickling Baileys feet and toes while she still has her sandals on, getting giggles and laughter for a bit before taking her sandals off completely. Kody digs in with her nails all over Baileys bare soles and under her toes, tickling Bailey silly as she is in hysterics laughing. Then Kody finds a hairbrush to scrub the bottom of Baileys feet while mixing in nibbles and really tickles her good!
