I see your point cardman. But maybe he adds that extra time on purpose to increase the anticipation.

very good, but perhaps some constructive criticism: i'm usually very interested in your clips, but it takes way too long to get to the content, sometimes as much as 30 seconds. my suggestion would be to lesson that time.

The world of video clips has normalized us to go right to the action. I'm actually doing something different. I'm bringing more film style production to this "microwave fast, here's your action" genre - with intent. Many clip producers have no titles at all and that truly works for them, I'm sure.

I'm adapting a standard that already cuts down some of the pre-action time by having certain studio and theme elements occurring only on the first clip in a series and then having fewer such elements on the subsequent clips in that series.

I'm working to develop something that is much larger than where we now sit. Please bear with me.
