SAy I wAs wondering if anyone here know of any super heroes or villains that were tickled in common books like super girl or Harley queen being tickle in Marvel or DC comics

God I wish! The only two I'm aware of is She-Hulk (aka she gets feather dusted on her sides by a robot-Hulk) and 1980's New Teen Titan's Starfire (who gets tickled by Nightwing).

If only someone would commission an artist to draw super heroines bound, gagged, and being tickled by spinning duster wheels. :(
