I made a post awhile back when Joe Biden hugged her..it was definitely a stretch to say it was a tickle but as he was hugging her, his hands traveled from her back to her sides and she instinctively grabs his hands to stop it. I can only speak for myself but when I'm hugged like that, I definitely squirm away
