Every time I try to view a clip, my login information gets erased

Hi, this is a strange problem Iam having, but every time I try to view a clip, and then end the clip, instead of being able to go right to another part of the site, the page freezes, and when I try to refresh the site, instead of the usual, "Welcome back, Mitchell" greeting that one always receives when they enter, my login info is erased, and has to be retyped in, and on a couple of occasions, my password hasnt been recognized, and it's taken me 3 or 4 tries to log in. If a mod, admin, or anyone else has an idea of what may be happening, or a way to fix this problem, it would be appreciated. Thank you.

are you saving the clip or trying to view it live? If you're trying to view it live, you should try downloading it instead.

I had been trying to view it live. I will try to save it as you suggested, and see what happens. Thanks for the reply, Jeff.
