I understand your thoughts completely. I was also questioning my tickle fetish when I first found out that I was heavily into it. It's a completely normal and healthy process to feel all those emotions you describe, cause it's something that isn't talked about much, which makes your brain associate feelings of "weirdness" to it.

I can tell you by watching, this isn't tickle torture. I've seen clips where it goes from tickling to tickle torture, and this isn't it. When it becomes torture there isn't much laughing. they start crying, and screaming/yelling and for me it's not fun to watch at all because the fun is gone.

The fact that you are worried about it shows you aren't actually evil. An evil person wouldn't care or question themselves.
