It's somewhat amusing that it's the first thing you thought of, considering your current situation, stems from a certain car accident. Try to remember... It's important that you remember because I want you to understand the exact reason you're in this situation. The trial... That inept lawyer who made sure your involvement couldn't be proven... Finally, I have my new toy ready; which is going to be stored all eternity on my hard drives, yes, in plural, just in case; so I can reuse it in more scenarios. I've already dropped some hints in the short story and in some comments with my Patreon supporters. But when I was creating this set, I had a particular scene from a certain movie in mind.
