Haunted house news clip, feet sticking out of wall tickled briefly (real feet?)

I was sent this quick clip from a friend, for a New York farm/haunted house attraction.

About a minute in, a bald clown? creature enthusiastically tickles feet sticking out of stocks, a small dark rectangular window/stockade built high into a wall for what I'd guess is that purpose...

On second glance, they may not be real, but if not, they look convincing enough! There's probably at least one ticklephile at Schmitt's Farm...

....So if you dare to go there, I would suggest being extra careful...

thats great,, there was a haunted house near us and in one of the scenes a "crazy girl" was strapped to a hospital bed with her feet strapped to the end and when we went by we tickled her feet for real!!! She jerked, laughed and was like so surprised that someone touched her foot lol, we still talk about it but anytime we see a gal in a situation like that we jump on the opportunity LOL fun stuff

Whatever noise she might have made could either be drowned out in other noises, or mistaken for haunted house background lol.
