This was posted to TT years ago, and I lost it on a HDD crash some years back.
It was written in 3 separate parts from a first person perspective. The story was a guy who gets brought on to a board to suggest a fundraiser for a college and it's decided to have girls locked in stocks while people tickle their feet. One of the girls on the board volunteers to be one of the girls (I believe her name was Sarah) and he clicks with a girl named Amanda who is also put in the stocks and has a lot of fun with it. The second part was a one on one session between he and Amanda, and the third part is her switching roles with him.
