For me I enjoy seeing the bigger, plushier soles. Rather then tiny little button's of feet. I prefer feet like Luigi's being tickled. hehe

As a straight guy, female cartoon feet BUT....seeing Fred Flintstone trapped and tickled confused young me. It was foot tickling...but a man being tickled!

Well. They're not actually cartoons, but, IMO, there isn't much better than cute female anime character's feet. It can be hard to find an anime with cute female characters and a good foot\feet scene.

Really it’s more about the artistry. Don’t know about “cartoon” feet. But with tickling art, it varies from drawing to drawing. However some artists to the unnatural shaped toes that are super thin and going in 5 different directions and it’s very distracting.
