I'm not a "grammar nazi" but, wow, this was brutal. Try to edit this and make a little bit more sense. I have no idea what you're even talking about.

A "friend" -- a girl who might be a guy? -- that you've known for ten years won't take your advice, so you think somebody else she doesn't know online can help her more than not only you, but her therapist? Good luck on that one.
