Yes the picture is indeed a fake..and the woman is a US celebrity she is a Tv presenter i forget her name but im sure she presented you've been framed or some show like that.

I believe it's Leeza Gibbons, formerly of Entertainment Tonight, The Leeza Show (her own short lived talk show), and the latest round of Dancing With The Stars in the US.

It is Leeza Gibbons. This pic was on another foot fetish site, I can't remember what it was, anyways the pic didn't have the tickling in it. SW just tried to perfect it!
