It is just that little clip. It was a youtuber many years ago that vlogged "her daily life" where she did everything for money, and she got tickled by an amateur guy for an hour for 50 bucks or something like that, the original video only showed a few seconds of tickling. This is from some kind of dramatization of her life, that the youtuber created where she plays herself, that included this little clip to represent that session.

She made an actual mainstream movie (w a tickling scene in the movie) about the ordeal. It isn't released in the US but it's finished. It's called "Follow Her". You can find more info online and looking it up on the TMF.
