this is a TV show from the beginning of the 00X around 2001 or 2003, on one of the regional TV in Siberia, the original program was called (Moscow instructions for use) every day in this show they talked about useful tips, finance, medicine, entertainment, professions and work, and much more, in the Moscow version, there was a lot of tickle scene at least 10 or 15 moments, at that time I recorded them on VHS but over time it was all lost
