There are more and more long clips, often 20 minutes for $20 or more. Where are the 5-minute clips for $5/$6/$7 that we bought in the early days? In these tough times, not everyone is rich and can afford to spend $20 on a video.

I mean, npt saying I disagree with you, but playing devils advocate here for a moment, it's exactly as you say. Times are tough. Imagine how hard it must be for many of these producers and their models, especially the smaller companies.

More expensive videos might be the only way they can survive, and I don't think they're going to raise the price without giving us anything in return, so they make longer videos.

Though a potential solution to this problem on both ends is to offer both. They could split the video into 2 or 3 parts and sell each individual part for a set price in addition to selling the full length video for the 20+ price.

I've seen that done from some Producers and own some from Stryker Entertainment. They offered the whole Video or 'Feet Only'. Since I was more interested with the 'Feet Only', I purchased that. I guess it is an option. I just don't know how much extra work it is for the Producer. Times are tough, for everybody, Sellers and Buyers.

In the early days, videos were long, some up to an hour. Folks like Dungeon Maidens and MTP, had mostly up to 1 hour (some were longer) videos. Then the trend of short clips came along. Personally, I'm glad to see longer clips returning. I'd like to see long clips, and to the OP request, maybe they could break the longer in to Part 1, 2, 3 for the folks who want to spend less.

For my part, I have always made an effort to provide clips that are neither too short nor too long, while keeping an eye on the prices to ensure accessibility to the public. I take note of this request, and I will do my best to continue offering affordable videos. If it's a strong demand, I will try to split my clips, but it's true that it requires a lot of extra work. Unfortunately, I lack the time as it is not my main activity. Thank you!

Have you considered subscribing to a website? Then it’s just one price and generally you can access quite a bit of content while supporting those who create it. You wouldn’t have to worry about storage issues too.

I apologize for coming off as insensitive and I guaranty you I’m not rich. Based on your point made here, I may consider doing that to test if it’s viable. I can’t speak for all platforms by C4S’ take from every sale is 40%. That can double or quadruple editing times to cut clips in half or thirds. Then one has to know which pieces of that clip to sell.

It doesn’t sound as easy as it is made out to be. Some have done this but if anything it’s to increase number of content on the store. A good producer would then adjust the script according to how they cut it up.

Sounds like Jezebelle has a solution for you though. My short clips haven’t sold to make it worth it for the effort.

At least when you think about hiring costs, storage, we hosting, travel, etc. to make this content happen.

Anyways, it’s not about greed, it’s about survival as a business. If it doesn’t survive, new and diverse content won’t be produced.

I agree with you. Hard times have come. However, the models who appear in the clips also want to earn money. For me, models who perform in tickling sessions usually get 1000 PLN (less than 300 USD/EURO)
I mean girls who already have modeling experience and who appear in my clips (Ewelina, Justyna Anna)
Another thing is that clips4sale also takes a large part for itself, so some producers to break even, increase the prices for their clips.

I was constantly making 5-12 minutes clips.
Unfortunately, as many mentioned before, it isn't cost-effective.
it takes more time to create the files, edit them, think of what to write about each and every one of them, and upload them.

Also, it seemed to me that the market is going for longer clips.
I assumed that most people prefer longer clips as well.
for my personal taste, I do prefer the longer ones.
5 minutes today is starting to feel like a long preview :\

But still,
My plan is to also release more focused clips. (shorter versions)
although even now, I really try not to mix Feet / upper body / different positions in one clip.

As other people mentioned, there are other options as well,
as I, for example, have my membership site (Xtickle.com) and I have a LoaylFans account (https://www.loyalfans.com/Tickling-Productions)
And, I think that if you buy directly from my site (ticklingproductions.com) You don't have this extra 20% tax, and the price is lower to begin with.

So,
I really think that there are many options for every budget...

My opinions on what's being discussed:

Clips in 2004 were $5 and I made $7/hr as a 20 something and now those jobs pay $15/hr. I also get that to have all the clips you want you'd spend literally thousands, which I have done since 2001.

When I get down to business, I don't really need a 20 minute clip, but maybe that's just me. I also don't want a clip less than 5 min. as I'm not a teenager anymore.

Producers of both art and video that don't let you actually download what you are paying for and only expect you to be a subscriber until the end of time are only kidding themselves and as far as I'm concerned a dick move. Yeah so pirates, okay and? Some people aren't going to pay you regardless, but then some will, but not allowing me to actually get it means no one will get it and I won't pay anything for nothing.

There aren't many producers that I'm aware of that let you pay $30/monthly sub for at least a few hundred clips, and half of those producers have stopped.

This is a gross oversimplification. As there's plenty of producers still making good clips for the "$5-$7 for 5-7 minutes" pricing you're looking for. As has also been mentioned, there's subscription services (many of whom offer downloads) where you're getting access to entire libraries for $15-$20/month. If there are multiple "$20" clips that you're interested in, then budget and only buy one or two per month or every few months or whatever you can afford. I'm not "rich" nor "elite", I only purchase a few clips or so per month, but I'm happy with the amount of content that I'm consuming and not putting myself in any kind of financial bind to do it.

There's probably a legitimate discussion to be had around this subject, but the way you're presenting your point, it's really just coming across like entitled whining.
