Who would it be and why?

I'll start.

I have a neighbor that is pretty, but she's a real snob. Very stuck on herself, and very rude. I would love to give her a few lessons in being humble. I would love to get her on a gynecological table, arms tied above her head, strapped down and her legs in the stirrups. Easy access to all parts and then give her the tickling lesson of her life.
