Lily is in a filler segment while judges are tabulating their votes. She is a rude driver and after insulting another driver she is tickle tortured.
n2tickling pretty much summed it up. if my memory serves me, i think the scene is all foot tickling, with shoe and sock removal before hand. i dont know if youd want to but this expensive tape just for the lily part though bigearl b/c the scenec is not very long, but still pretty good.
