Old b/w movie: Small dog tears the nylons off a lady's foot and licks it under a dinner table. Sorry, unknown title. Maybe somebody can help?

That was from the short subject "I'll Be Suing You". The lady getting the sub rosa foot licking is Pasty Kelly; her friend is Thelma Todd.
