As you all know, it will happen Sept 10. Just curious which Manning you are rooting for (I know I know, there is a whole team behind each one) but.............I am rooting for Peyton.
 
hmm what other Manning is there? and are we talking boxing? the dumb blonde asks hehe..

Since I'm a Colts fan (or any Indy team in general lol.....even our craptacular college football team), I have to throw my support behind Peyton.

A friend of mine asked me the other day why there was so much hype between The Colts and The Giants.......once I explained it to him he seemed surprised there was an issue......he was immediately supportive of Eli for some reason.

I either worded it wrong or he remembered the $@*% Steelers Superbowl.

You would be surprised what we do in Shitcreek. I just hope "Eli's Going" home upset (there was a little Laura Nyro/Three Dog Night humor there--forgive me.)
 
i hope Peyton wins. Eli seems like a stuck up snob (the way he handled his drafting by the Chargers). plus, i need Peyton to have a big game. i have Peyton, Marvin Harrison and Reggie Wayne on my fantasy team in a very competitive league from my job. i NEED Peyton to do well.

oh yeah, Bellystrokes, i hope i see you soon....i miss those knees of yours...

Peyton Manning is truly the better Manning. i think Eli has better physical gifts, but Peyton has the better mind. Peyton Manning is definitely the best QB in the NFL today....

hehehe, I would hate for you to go home feeling badly or with a sense of guilt. But I ain't turning my knees over to you (or are you turning me over your knee??? I get so confused), you are going to grab for them. hehehe

It seems Peyton comes across as more ground, more laid back and with a bigger sense of humor in the interviews and ads that he has done. Granted he has more experience in the pros and is probably more settled..........but I still prefer him over snot-faced younger bro.

PS. I hope Chargers Steve Foley is not on your fantasy team.
 
i find it so weird and rather cool that members of a same family are both in pro football...last night we were watching the Florida State/Miami college game..and there were brothers playing for opposite teams..their parents were there....wonder who they rooted for? it was like with the Williams sisters...i mean as a parent, who do you root for? both? neither?

It's the same with the Barber twins (Tiki plays for the Giants ironically) while his brother plays in Tampa Bay!!!!
 
What a intriguing matchup, it has the potential to be quite a game. Both offenses are very good, although we'll see how Indy does w/o Edge, I still don't understand why he left...I know I know...$$$

Not to brag or anything, but I predicted in another thread that this game was gonna be right down to the wire. What a great game. And to think the Giants might have won if not for that bullshit pass interference penalty. Still, I enjoyed watching that one.
