That is a fine looking horse. Living in a rural area, I've always found that hangin' around with animals is great therapy. Hope you saw some benefits from it.

It was OK. Some of the other group members were loud and disruptive. We get to do it again so maybe next time will be better.

"Loud and disruptive" seems contraindictated in an Anxiety Therapy scenario. Here's hoping you get a calmer, quieter group next time.
